Self-Defense Wednesdays is all about giving you practical, real-world self-defense skills that you can use in any situation. We focus on easy-to-learn, functional movements—no prior experience required, no fancy techniques. Just simple, effective actions designed to help you protect yourself, no matter your fitness level or physical strength. What You’ll Learn: Basic Self-Defense Movements: Simple, natural techniques that are easy to grasp and apply. Situational Awareness: How to recognize threats early and respond appropriately. Instinctive Reactions: Build confidence in your ability to protect yourself with quick reflexes. Personal Boundaries: Setting boundaries physically and mentally, and how they contribute to your safety. Class Format: Introductory Session: Your first 30-minute session is completely free! You’ll get to meet your instructor, try out the techniques, and ask any questions. Full Class Experience: After your intro session, stay and participate in the full class, where we break down easy-to-follow movements that can be used in real-life situations. Step-by-Step Guidance: No need to worry about not being fit or strong enough—we’ll guide you through the motions step by step. Community-Oriented Environment: Self-Defense Wednesdays isn’t just a class, it’s a supportive community where you’ll be encouraged to grow, get stronger, and feel empowered with every session.
