Just simple, effective actions designed to help you protect yourself, no matter your fitness level or physical strength. What You’ll Learn: Awareness & Prevention: How to recognize threats early and respond appropriately. Instinctive Reactions: Build confidence in your ability to protect yourself with quick reflexes. Personal Boundaries: Setting boundaries physically and mentally, and how they contribute to your safety. Simple Self-Defense Movements: Simple, natural techniques that are easy to grasp and apply. We’ll guide you through everything step-by-step. Just come as you are- we've got the rest covered.
